Ridiculous hoops you have to jump through to download! Why must we go through What's App and create so many passwords and codes that time out before we can log in to print. Crazy! how do I get help through some sort of customer service ??? Please advise| A waste of my time and money. I'm not that tech savvy, almost 80 years old.!!!

Wish it was a book and not a download
Pitty it wasn't a real book as i used 2 ink cartridges to pint it all and half a reem of paper.
I hav not got online access i thought i was getting a book plus my sight is very bad which is hopeless teyin to read a phone and before u ask my daughter is writting this
